Dream of Reality
In a dream, so far away,
On my bed asleep, I lay;
A cupid’s life, a dream come true,
From the dark, appearing was you.
Falling from the clouds below,
Wishing to say, I love you so;
As it began, dream to nightmare,
Speaking that you’ll never care.
The song I heard, the lullaby,
Foretold a horror, for all to cry;
The secret, lost, forgotten, and dark,
As mysterious as the bright, white lark.
These words still holding my fatality,
My world had hit reality.
